Ingredients for the chicken broth recipe :
- 1 organic country chicken
- 1 garlic
- 1 Himalayan salt to taste
- 1 onion
- 1 or 2 celery stalks
- 2 cm ginger
Method for this chicken broth recipe
- Put everything in a big casserole or slow cooker and fill up with water till everything is covered.
- Let slimmer on a slow fire for at least 8 hours
- Check water level regularly, and fill when necessary
