Keto diet essential: keto bread
Whatever low-carb diet I tried, the hardest thing to skip was the bread, until I discovered this amazing easy-to-make low-carb-keto bread.
This bread, savor it warm, straight out of the oven, cooled, or freeze and toast.
Smear it with butter and I swear you, you will not notice the difference with the real thing!

almond flour organic

20 grams
chia flour optional : if you do not have chia flour in your pantry, use 20 grams extra almond flour

flaxseeds organic

sesame seeds organic

Himalayan salt to taste

physillium husk organic

baking powder organic

mascarpone

curd cheese or quark full fat

you can also change 2 last ingredients in full cream 250ml

Mix everything till smooth and add baking powder last.

Pour into a baking tray (best with baking paper)
