Instructions
  1. Chop down the nuts
  2. Put all nuts and seeds in a baking dish
  3. Add 2 spoons of coconut oil (warm) and mix with nuts and seeds
  4. Add some erythritol gold and stir
  5. Bake for 40minutes in oven 180°
  6. Stir regularly
