Summer is here and a healthy refreshment is more than welcome when heat strikes!
I started to drink this “lemonade” as a health beverage every day, to reverse my insulin resistance, but soon my personal glass-a-day was not enough.
Even my little daughter loves this and so I created a new morning routine: Fill up a jar with this delicious and healthy drink

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar organic
- 1 piece lemon juiced
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder organic
- 1-2 cm fresh ginger grated
- 5-10 drops stevia optional (nice sweet taste for children)
- 1 liter water sparkling or still
