Keto Asparagus & gamba salad

I really loooove salads! Whatever vegetables you have in the fridge, you can add them to make your salads different every time. The more you make them, the nicer combinations you will make. During winter I love to add some warm ingredients,  as I did in this salad:  Asparagus and gamba.

Instructions
  1. Clean and chop the green asparagus in 3cm pieces
  2. Stew them in Olive oil and add some water or bone broth
  3. Add the gambas, the soya sauce and the sun-dried tomatoes Let them stew for 5 minutes
  4. Add half of the chopped fresh herbs, and black pepper and salt to taste
  5. Put some Rucola on your plate with 1 slice of serrano ham and sliced avocado, and sprouts (optional)
  6. Put some of your delicious asparagus and gamba stew on it. Finish with the rest of the fresh herbs
