  1. Bake the chicken thigh fillet pieces
  2. Meanwhile, chop your zucchini
  3. Put the chopped garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and fresh herbs in a blender with some olive oil
  4. Bake and stew the zucchini in some garlic and olive oil, after a few minutes, add the chicken thigh pieces, and the salsa you just blended, and stew together
  5. Ready! Enjoy
