Ingredients
- 11/2 cup almond flour
- 1 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup psyllium husk
- 1/3 cup erithrytol/monkfruit
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 100 grams butter/ghee butter
- 3/4 cup coconut cream
- 3 pieces eggs
- 1 piece grated lemonzest
- 1/2 piece lemonjuice
