Keto dairy-free chocolate
Very often, I need to make desserts for my husband and daughter. They really love chocolate, so I use it in a lot of recipes. That is the reason I am making my own dairy-free, gluten-free & sugar-free chocolate now. I always make sure to have some in the fridge, so I can fix a quick dessert when someone has a sweet tooth.
I use it pure, in cookies, chocolate cake, pralines, pudding, choco-mousse, ice-cream…
So in whatever recipe I use chocolate, you can use this one or store bought.
- 1 cup raw cacao butter organic
- 3 tbsp cacao/cocoa powder organic
- 1 pinch Himalayan salt
- 2-4 tbsp Monkfruit sugar
- Heat up the cacao butter very slowly (best au bain-marie)
- Slowly stir the rest of the ingredients in the cacao butter
- Pour in to a mould
- Let cool down
