Keto Gamba Tapa
Summer is here and the time is right to invite some friends. In order to stay on the wagon, I only prepare keto-appetizers! Yesterday I was fixing a quick dish with the remains in my fridge. I decided this was a nice recipe to share with you. It would be a nice tapa for the coming apero-parties.

Ingredients
Gamba marinade
- 20 pieces Large peeled gamba
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp hot paprika/cayenne
- 1 tsp paprika
- 3 tbsp fresh herbs basil & coriander +little extra for finish
avocado pasta
- 1 1/2 piece avocado
- 1/3 tbps Himalayan salt
- 1 tbsp lime juice + little extra for finish
- 1/3 piece red chili pepper minced
cucumber toast
- 1 piece cucumber sliced in 20 slices

Instructions
Gamba
- Place shrimp in a large mixing bowl and dry with paper towels. Add minced garlic,2 Tbsp fresh herbs, 1 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, and 2 Tbsp olive oil. Stir well to combine.
- Heat a large pan over high heat with 1 Tbsp olive oil. Once the oil is hot, add shrimp in the pan and sauté 2 min per side or until cooked through.
Avocado pasta
- In a small bowl, mash together 1 1/2 avocado, 1/3 tsp salt, and 1 Tbsp lime juice until creamy.
Assemble
- Divide the avocado mix over 20 cucumber slices.
- Add one gamba per slice
- Squeeze fresh lime juice over the gamba avocado bites and garnish with more finely chopped fresh herbs. If not serving right away, cover and refrigerate.

This recipe is full of healthy ingredients and of course Keto-proof since it is full of healthy fats!
