Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil organic
- 300 grams turkey chopped in small pieces
- 200 grams kale
- 1 piece red paprika sliced
- 15 pieces pistache nuts or cashew chopped
- 10 pieces green asparagus chopped in pieces of about 3cm
- 1 piece small onion minced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 5 pieces muchrooms sliced
- 2 tbsp green curry paste without added sugar
- 1 cup coconut cream

Instructions
- marinate the turkey in the olive oil with salt and pepper, chopped onions and garlic. Leave for 20-30 min
- Frie the turkey in a big pan or wok for a few minutes
- Add the vegetables. The last vegetable to add is the kale
- add the green curry paste
- add the coconut cream and leave for 3-4 minutes
- Put on a plate and add some chopped nuts Some people like to add some konjac noodles on the side(optional)
