Keto Zucchini & Chorizo pizza
Sometimes you just do not feel like going to the grocery store…Yesterday was such a day and I emptied my fridge and pantry.
The things you can do with zucchini and fresh chorizo-sausage…
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh tomato sauce I always have that in my refrigerator (recipe on this website)
- 1 piece chorizo sausage fresh
- 1 cup shredded cheese mozarella and or cheddar
- 1 piece zucchini
- 1 tsp olive oil organic
- 1 cup mushrooms of course you can use every vegetable left in your pantry

Instructions
- Cut the zucchini in half and hollow out the seeds. Pour olive oil and add some pepper and salt
- Put both halves of the zucchini in an oven dish and bake in the oven at 180° for about 15 minutes
- Meanwhile, bake the fresh, sliced chorizo and mushrooms in a pan with some garlic and pepper to taste
- Put some tomato sauce on the zucchini
- Add the chorizo and mushroom mixture
- Add the cheese
- Bake for 15 minutes
