  1. Cut the zucchini in half and hollow out the seeds. Pour olive oil and add some pepper and salt
  2. Put both halves of the zucchini in an oven dish and bake in the oven at 180° for about 15 minutes
  3. Meanwhile, bake the fresh, sliced chorizo and mushrooms in a pan with some garlic and pepper to taste
  4. Put some tomato sauce on the zucchini
  5. Add the chorizo and mushroom mixture
  6. Add the cheese
  7. Bake for 15 minutes
