Walnut Power Bread Recipe
Get your engine going all day with this walnut power boost!
A low carb high healthy fat bread, easy to make and so tasty. This walnut power bread will keep you energized for at least 4 to 5 hours, and my favorite part: you will not be hungry! You know that Ketocosmo is all about easy-to-make. This bread takes 3 minutes to prepare, 45 min in the oven and there you go!
Your soon to be favorite breakfast, is also FODMAP-proof! For those of you who struggle with IBS, struggle no more! Just watch out when you choose those toppings, they still have to be FODMAP-proof too.
- 4 pc eggs organic
- 200 grams walnuts organic
- 1 cup chia seeds organic
- 1 cup hemp seeds organic
- 1/2 tsp baking powder gluten free
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds organic
- Chop the walnuts in your blender
- Mix the other ingredients and add the chopped walnuts
- Pour everything in to a baking tray with baking paper
- Add the pumpkin seeds
- bake for 45 minutes
